What is it? |
Think of this visit as a way to complete all your annual screening requirements in one visit. This visit ensures all your screenings are carefully ordered, documented, reviewed, and acted on by a Comprehensive Health Assessment Program medical professional. The results of these screenings are then shared with your primary care provider |
An annual head-to-toe exam that gives your provider the opportunity to review body systems that may not have been addressed during a regular sick visit and identify any unknown health risk factors or conditions and care planning. It usually includes blood work. |
Discussing all your chronic conditions annually with your provider gives an opportunity for them to understand your overall health and work with you to develop an individualized plan of care. |
