people watching you cheering with your team
your smiling you shouldn't just frown and you
should be tight. Also make sure you are
keeping track on the cheer you never want to
be of beat! Did you know that the Canton
lions cheerleaders do cheer rally ever year?
There are different squads and cheer moves
to learn and stay healthy and bring water.
HEALTH
In cheerleading heath is important safely stunt
on a mat so the person stunting does not fall
and injure there also cheerleading promotes
physical fitness however when doing the splits
you should stretch a muscle.In addition to
safety food, water, and air are important when
at practice you should bring water however if
you are hungry after practice bring a snack
also if you need to breathe when running
stop.When at cheer rally they provide
breakfast and lunch so the cheerleaders are
not hungry also bring water to games.As well
as food, water, and air clothing is very
important. At practice you should wear loose-
fitting shorts when it is hot outside.There are
things you should not wear such as nail polish,
makeup, jewelry, and no jeans or jean shorts
also you might want some bug spray because
there are mosquitoes when practicing
