Flip,Fly,Tumble lessons. Ariels can be really hard especially on beam because the beam is only 4 inches wide and you have to land on the beam that can be a little bit hard. Secondly the ariel on the floor can actually be hard on the floor. You are basically flying in the air. Your hands don’t touch the ground. It can be really challenging to not put your hands on the ground. Lastly A forward ariel is a forward front walkover with no hands. Front ariel and cartwheel ariel are both no hand and you basically flying in the air. Lastly round of back handspring can be really hard for people who are self taught. To begin, back handspring full twist can be hard if you are doing it on the ground some flips only pro’s can do them like in the olympics . Secondly you have to be strong to do a round of back handspring. Lastly, you can add a lot of stuff to routines with lot of flips.
