KIDS OR SQUIDS?
By: Brock Merritt
H ave you ever heard of the game “Splatoon?”
If you haven't, then you should read this article
and learn all about these amazing characters,
including what they look like, what they do, and
why they are special! “Splatoon” is a game with
squid-humanoid (a mix of a squid and a human)
hybrids that can turn into squids on command,
swim in ink as squids, and participate in turf
wars.
JUDD
J udd from the game “Splatoon” is very
“Splatoon” box art
interesting. Judd the cat lived so long because he
was cryogenically frozen by his human owner. His
owner froze him so he would not die of the rising
sea levels. Over the time Judd was frozen, the
rising sea levels ran humans to extinction, letting
cephalopods (creatures like squids and octopuses)
go on land to evolve into human like creatures.
You should think Judd is very interesting after all
these facts.
Judd’s hobbies are sleeping when he’s not dancing
at night and dancing at night when he’s not
sleeping. When Judd isn’t sleeping or dancing,
he’s being a referee, , Judd is the referee of Turf
Wars in Inkopolis. Judd lives in Flounder Heights
and that’s where he relaxes.
Judd can give you different items depending on
your rank and level, the higher rank and level, the
better items. To get your rank up you need to win
turf wars. To get your level of freshness up you
need to participate in turf wars.
Judd is one of the main characters in Turf Wars
(ink wars that depend on how much ink you
cover). After a turf war Judd holds a flag over the
winning team and gives the winning team gold.
Before Judd points the flag over the winning team
he holds it behind his back for a moment of
suspense between the two teams.
