VENEZUELAN CULTURES Venezuelan Cultures Sabrina Scorzza This is the Venezuelan flag! D o you think you can ever live in a country like Venezuela right now? Maybe not, because there is way too much violence in Venezuela , and things are way too expensive for people to buy. Can you imagine you were one of those people that are in Venezuela suffering so they can get rid of the president Nicolas Maduro? This is how Venezuela is getting worse and worse everyday pases, until this day Venezuela still has their traditions , but some people cannot do them. Ancient contributions, religion, and language Venezuelan ( VEN-EH-SUE-LAN) people speak many languages. The majority of people speak Spanish, but you may hear other languages spoken. Like Italian, French, and Arabic. Most of these lang uages come from a religion . So next is the religion. So, now comes the religion. Most of the Venezuelan people are from the same religion. Most of the Venezuelan people are Christian. The other small part of Venezuela are Christian Moron.The Member, that is quite like a Christian but they don’t do some of the things you are supposed to do. These Christians don’t do much Catholic things.Like going to the church much often, not praying often,etc. Some famous people that helped Venezuela were from this religion. People were famous because of many things. Like these three important people were fighting for independence, These important people were Simon Bolivar,Francisco de Miranda and Antonio Jose de Sucre. An architect, Carlos Raul Villanera, had a international acclaim! For being just an architect of building things like buildings/houses. Although, some architects are not related as much to food because they usually work with cement, and some architects are not cooks. Foods!! Most of the Venezuelan people like to eat more the traditional and other Venezuelan foods! Some of Venezuela’s traditional foods can’t be – 29 –
