Imagine you were in a baseball
game. When the game starts one
of the players on your team, the

home run! Now your up and then
you get a triple. Think about it
isn’t it scary to be in a baseball
game the ball might hit you in the
face. If you were wearing glasses
and if it hit your face then glasses
would probably shatter and the
glass would get in your eyes. So
either way it's a pretty dangerous
sport. Many players have been
injured while playing baseball. If
you have proper equipment and
SPORTS
you know how to play baseball
within the rules then it would be
an interesting and a fun game
instead of a dangerous and brutal
sport.
The metal mask is also very
important because the ball may
hit the catcher’s face.
The helmet is necessary for
the batter because the ball can hit
the head. The baseball cleats are
important because it helps them
slide and run fast. The shin guards
are important to keep the catchers
shins safe from the ball. Obviously
you need the uniform, the
uniform is required for each team
to better recognize players. The
chest protectors are also very
important since the ball could hit
the catcher’s chest.
