HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL Andrew Brian James Think of a game that you can get hurt a lot in. Imagine getting hit at 1,700 pounds of force. Think of getting knocked of your feet. Take your emotions out on the field. WHAT YOU NEED It’s important to have the right equipment so you don’t get hurt. Some of the things that you need for the first day are shorts, a shirt, a mouth guard, helmet, and cleats. You can get it that Dicks Sporting Goods. So you know how to tackle people and don’t get hurt. The weak after that you need shoulder pads, knee pads, thigh pads, mouth guard, helmet, butt pad, cup, gloves, and cleats. You need it so you don’t break anything in your body. If you get injured you’re going to have some pillows. Like ice packs ice baths.
