HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL

Think of a game that you can get hurt a lot
in. Imagine getting hit at 1,700 pounds of
force. Think of getting knocked of your feet.
Take your emotions out on the field.
WHAT YOU NEED
It’s important to have the right equipment so
you don’t get hurt. Some of the things that you
need for the first day are shorts, a shirt, a
mouth guard, helmet, and cleats. You can get
it that Dicks Sporting Goods. So you know
how to tackle people and don’t get hurt.
The weak after that you need shoulder pads,
knee pads, thigh pads, mouth guard, helmet,
butt pad, cup, gloves, and cleats. You need it so
you don’t break anything in your body. If you
get injured you’re going to have some pillows.
Like ice packs ice baths. You’re going to have to
bring water to your practice so you don’t get
dehydrated.

HOW TO STAY SAFE
bring water so you can stay safe keep your head up
at all time so you will be aware of things. If you
run the ball get low and always keep your head up.
Wear an ankle brace so no one will step on your
ankle. Follow the rules so you know what to do.
Sometimes you need feet cushions so your feet
won’t hurt when you’re done playing. You don’t
need water when you go to the games they will
provide water. You’ll need to bring your game
uniform. If it’s cold bring a face mask.

Never stand around or you’ll get hurt. Never
thrash talk because you’ll get hurt. never jump over
