Seasonal menus are selected including Antipasti, (appetizer) Primi Piatti, – (first course –
usually a fresh pasta course with a sauce of your selection) Secondi Piatti, – (main course
– including a protein and contorni, or side dish) and finally, Dolci, (dessert).
You will learn cooking techniques, timing the food preparation for the chosen recipes, and
afterward, enjoy the meal, taking home all leftovers.
