PARADE OF HORSES
SIR GEOFFREY
10-y-o (07Mar06 b g)
Captain Rio (6.8f) — Disarm (IRE) (Bahamian Bounty (6.8f))
Trainer Scott Dixon
Owner General Sir Geoffrey Howlett
Breeder P Rabbitte
Sir Geoffrey is an absolute legend. Named after his owner - General Sir Geoffrey
Howlett. Sir Geoffrey or “Geffers” as he is known to his friends has lived here
at Haygarth since he was a yearling. He is totally fixtures and fittings - the nuts
and bolts of the operation. He has managed to win races in all but one year of
his racing career. He has hit the winners enclosure on an amazing 60 occasions
Winning 18 times being second 14 times third place 16 times and in fourth
place an additional 12 times. Out of his amazing 134 starts this means that
in very nearly 50% of occasions this absolute stalwart of our team has won or
received prize money and the thrill of visiting the winners circle for his
Owner. What a super star. This horse is what racing ownership is all about fun
and enjoyment. He is much loved and admired and we are pleased as punch his
special owner has also made a long journey here to see him today. The yard are
pleased to announce that Sir Geoffrey’s sibling 2 year old by Dandy Man - Lady
Elizabeth also has just had a small share released in her by her breeder. For
those interested in coming on board in ownership with Sir Geoffrey and Lady
Elizabeth then please come along and discuss these with Scott or Yvette.
Lady Elizabeth is also available for viewing today.

10% shares available £P.O.A
One of three two year old horses parading today
whose owner has moved abroad so has shares
available. He is a horse that will improve
immensely with a break and will make a nice 3 year
old running over 1 mile 2v furlongs and above. He
could potentially be a duel purpose horse in time
and he looks a promising young horse. He has had
his third run and has a handicap mark of 55. This
again I feel he will improve drastically from.
