Our guiding beliefs

Our guiding beliefs provide the core principles and attributes that define Scotch and shape its identity. Importantly, they are inextricably linked to our Memorandum and Articles of Association, Christian values and our Scottish heritage. Indeed, our guiding beliefs seek to uphold our traditions and culture. They set out our core commitments and motivations, ensuring that our purpose remains clear and meaningful. In turn, they help shape our strategy by guiding how decisions and actions are taken, and driving alignment and consistency with our objectives.
