TERMS & CONDITIONS
All prices are FOB Minneapolis, MN and are subject to change without notice. Discrepancies
should be reported immediately to Scojo New York at 888.560.1060 or 763.592.1493.
Prices do not include shipping. Invoices are issued for each shipment and payment is due
according to the payment terms indicated on the invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month
will be added to any account 30 days past due. Scojo New York will not ship to accounts
with overdue balances. Accounts with overdue balances beyond 90 days will be submitted for
collection. Scojo New York accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card (American
Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) Net 30 (with signed credit application and approved
credit rating). Customer will be charged $30.00 for any check not honored by the bank for
any reason.
WARRANTY
Scojo New York guarantees a high quality product and will replace products with factory
defects at no charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does
not apply to products purchased during special sales or at discounted pricing. Products that
have been discontinued during the 12 month warranty period may be exchanged for a product
of similar value.
The Scojo New York warranty does not cover products that have been broken by personal wear
and tear, abuse, or other conditions not associated with a factory defect. Any and all warranties
are null and void if the factory lenses are removed and/or replaced.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and copy of original
invoice. All returns must be in resalable condition with all original packaging. Any product
returned without the original packaging will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Product may
be returned for exchange, refund or credit, provided the frame is returned within 15 days of
the actual purchase date and meets the above criteria. Product may be returned after 15
days if accompanied by an offsetting new order. The return cannot exceed 10% of this new
offsetting order and must meet the above criteria. Products that have been used as samples
or excessively handled may not be returned at any time. Discontinued models that are final
sale may not be returned. The customer is responsible for freight charges to replace product.
