Yousef Abdelmotaal: known as Joe, is an undeclared sophomore whos intending on declaring business marketing. A professional tennis player since he was 5 when he joined shooting club al doki with his older cousins. He then joined an independent training center at both Maadi and Giza and starting joining tournaments starting the age of 9 when he first competed in a tournament for men under 10 years old. He finished off 11 out of 32. Yousef’s record was the fourth under 14 all over Egypt. This was the last tournament he ever joined then he stopped due to an extensive injury in his right shoulder abiding him from playing sports again since he was 13. Till today he still gets treated for pain shortage but not for recovery even after performing 4 operations in his rotator cuff joint.
Hussein El Rashidy: known as Rashidy, is an undeclared freshman who is intending on declaring political science. Hussein plays power sports at Heliopolis and Al Maadi Club since he was 6 years old after failing in most of the sports his father pushed him to join in. Hussein focuses on running and swimming. He trains everyday at Heliopolis. He worked out Samia Allouba Gym for almost three years. Under the training guidance of Captain Ahmed Saleh, Hussein entered the Barcelona Triathlon in 2013 and was one of the only Arabs to enter. He scored fifth on his age level. Now, he works out at the AUC gym daily with his friends. He maintains a nutrition system that is set to him by his coaches. Hussein focuses on stamina and running faster rather than focusing on becoming a body builder or growing muscles because it can affect his weight while running. Hussein has achieved many records including the most important: fastest 200 meter runner in both Heliopolis and Maadi club and fifth amongst Africa.
