Biologically
From the Biological Aspect, the body releases endorphines in the body which are the happiness chemicals that make the people happy. It has a vital link to the ability for the person to concentrate better and faster. The person feels much more alert, has better sleeping patterns, and regulates blood circulation in the body. Viral signs are okay, and person is basically fit. It reacts to many hormones, some which are known and others which are unknown. It causes detoxification of the body systems. It regulates the digestive system. It regulates a special hormone which is your reward hormone which teaches the person how to win or lose.
Psychologically
Psychologically basically means how the person percieves himself. It teaches a person how to be self-proud. The person is able to enjoy his self-esteem. It relieves the person of any inferiorating feelings. It helps him get over any hangups that happen at home, school, and college. Hangups are peoblems that faced in everday life. Sports make the person feel that he is part of something, belongs, makes him happy, and plan future in different way.
Although there are individual sports, but they are mostly team sports.There are spectators that motivate the person to win. Sometimes makes you unable to cope with loses. Sports kill these negative traits. Sports create a healthy enviroment and makes the person training more self confident. It teaches the person to have social skills. It taches the person to live, to express his or herself, to love and to be loved.
