Q: What was the M Zone?

The M zone is a defensive tactic that depended mainly on the front three attackers. The application of this tactic is different because the rules of game have changed since I last played. The amount of players of the time then were five players. We could also keep the ball for thirty-five seconds. The front players would stand man-to-man and would pressure the attackers of the opposing team. The front three would cover for each other. Our team would keep on defending until they would force the opposing team to make mistake and give the ball away. Our three front men would force a counter attack and would score with the other team not comprehening how we moved.
