No! It did not always end with a laugh. No! It did not always end with one
common agreement. And No! It did not always have a closing punch-line.
It’s not F.R.I.E.N.D.S.!Just like the table conversations are our dynamics –
Perfectly Imperfect. Not all of us know each other to the same extent. Not all of
us know all the secrets! Heck! We have had our share of disagreements, banters,
and fights.
Be it dissing favorite movies or icons, or be it misconceptions and
misunderstandings. It’s always been there, and perhaps always will.Like I said,
it’s not perfect. Imagine if it was all perfect, how boring would that be! To say
the least, we managed to pull through all of that, to keep things interesting.
I don’t know how all of this works and pans out. And I definitely don’t know
how people stick. Maybe there’s something common that connects them
together and all those utopian fantasies are true. Or maybe just maybe you
manage to put up with each other’s silly, annoying habits and behavior.
I know you know that when things start getting too emo the end of story is
nearing. Guess what! I’ll give you this one, you’re right!
The numerous poor jokes we have cracked and laughed at. The insanely dirty
innuendos and puns made by each of us. The not-so-intense discussions about
career, life and the so-called philosophies. Those times when we sat together to
vented out in unison against something common. And Oh! I can’t miss the most
engaging talks about movies, books, and serials; over-analyzing them like the
blue curtains which depict “A state of melancholy”!
The stupid fights, or the not so stupid fights we have had! And finally just
waiting to see each of them – In the morning before college starts, during recess
at the café, after college near our buses, or at some restaurant, until we have no
choice but to go home.
After all of this here I am, sitting on a bench with them around me. I guess
