The eyes (Photoreceptor)
The sense organ eye is concerned with vision. The eye which is spherical in shape is kept in
the orbit of the skull.
The eye is made up of three coats.
1. The outer – Sclerotic coats
2. The middle – Choroid coats
3. The inner – Retina coats
1. Sclerotic Coats:
The Outer sclerotic coats are white in colour except in the front where it forms the
transparent cornea.
