There are many aspects to exercising. Just because you go
out for a run doesn’t mean that you’ve exercised completely.
Below you can find a list of different exercises that include the
best 3 ones: cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility.
Cardiovascular exercises
1.
Skipping is a great
cardiovascular
exercise.
Raise your knee towards
your chest and reach for the
roof with the opposite hand,
then land with your other
foot and repeat this from 10
to 15 times. Pick up those
knees!
2. Jumping jacks are old but
gold. These are great for a
cardio workout.
3. Frog jumps aren’t easy at all,
squat down and put your
hands on the ground like a
frog and jump as high as you
can. One may seem easy,
but try several of these and
you’ll see what cardio is.
