I have a passion for food , a desire to innovate and create new food products . I ’ m also interested in addressing supply chain issues like food security and sustainability . This course provided insights in areas such as research and development , quality assurance , food safety , and product marketing . I also had the chance to visit several food factories , including Guinness and Yakult , and participate in a field trip to the Gombak river . These experiences helped me understand the industry better .”
