The International Fashion Festival is coming to Toronto in 2013 . Covering this event in Flare Magazine would appeal to fashion fans and Canadian readers in particular . It will be held in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on August 30 , 2013 . The work of Joseph Mimran will be showcased through his Joe Fresh fall collection .
