In 2012 the College, having completed its building programme, focussed its a en on and energies on consolida ng teaching and learning in the context of its new environment. The following value-adding developments took place at TCC during 2012: Theme: In 2012 we chose the theme of Resilience for the College, with a special focus on Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” in conjunc on with Ken Sande’s book Resolving Everyday Con? ?ict. Sta? were introduced to the theme at our annual Retreat and the student body was introduced to it during their induc on process in the ?rst week of term. This powerful theme and personal development programme was aimed at signi?cantly impac ng rela onships and our ability to manage challenging interac ons such as con?ict and bullying e?ec vely.
