The Law of the gods CHAPTER THREE Therefore, those who have received the Spirit of Adoption do not have to ever fear the spirit of bondage ruling the fleshy body again. Let us really define the meaning of all of this. The Spirit of Life is Jesus Christ Himself who has come to live in our fleshy bodies. The presence of the Christ makes the flesh a new man. Therefore, this new man does not commit sin, because the seed of Christ remains in him. At some point you are going to have to accept this as fact and purpose of the Father. The Law for the gods of this world is a law of life that transforms or quickens our mortal bodies into holy habitations for the Godhead to dwell here on earth in a bodily form. Think of the glory of this law. It has produced righteousness in the flesh; the place of great depravity. This Law of the Spirit enabled God to show principalities and powers His manifold wisdom. A new man is born. He is the workmanship of God. He is holy in spirit, soul and body. In him, as in the Father is no darkness at all. The flesh of the new creature is raised in newness of life. It is raised by the Spirit of God, who remains in it. Therefore, it cannot be tempted with sin. James understood this. He said if a man is tempted after salvation, he is drawn away from the principles of God by his own lust. That is lust he creates with the desire of his soul. Therefore, the Sons are free; not just free to do as the Father has said, but also free to be as the Father is, (no darkness at all). The very nature and character of God is a law, thus as we walk in what/who we are, then we become a law unto ourselves. Romans 2:14-15 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another ;) The nature of God is law for the Sons. The Father is attempting to show us that being a Son of God is truly altogether a work of His Spirit. He has testified to us that the ministration of the Spirit shall be much greater and glorious than what was done in the shadow. The Father has chosen that the glory of His nature be placed on display in His Church (congregation of gods) for both men and principalities and powers to see.
