In addition to biosensing, my research extends to the synthesis of nanoporous materials, emphasizing their application in catalysis. This includes designing organotemplate-free synthetic strategies, investigating crystallization pathways and optimizing catalytic efficiency for solid-base reactions using hydrothermal and microwave-assisted techniques.
My research also includes the design and synthesis of nitrogen-based heterocycles, particularly imidazonaphthyridine derivatives, to explore their biological relevance for antimicrobial applications.
Complementing this, I apply molecular docking simulations to investigate drug – target protein interactions, gaining mechanistic insights that support earlystage drug development.
I am open to collaborative research opportunities, both internal and external, that align with my areas of expertise and research interests
