HARRY FINCH STUDIED
HUMAN BIOLOGY AND
MEDICINAL CHEMISTRY
“I chose to study Human
Biology because I was
particularly interested in
the history of the human
race and how we as a
species have made such
an impact on the
environment. Human
Biology complimented
perfectly my other degree
subject and allowed me
to contextualise the effect
that medicines have on
the human body.
I had an excellent time
during my time of study,
being given a variety of
options and modules to
study which cater for every
interest, all the while being
thoroughly supported and
encouraged by a great body
of tutors and support staff
and on that basis I would
certainly recommend the
subject to any prospective
science student. 
During my final year I was
fortunate enough to gain a
place on the NHS graduate
management training
scheme which I started a
couple of months after my
graduation. I have recently
graduated off of the scheme
and have taken up my first
permanent management
role in the NHS.”
