Combined Honours BSc programmes can entail the study of a second subject in equal weight
alongside Physics or Astrophysics for all three years of the degree. The second subject may be
chosen from the following lists. (Two UCAS codes are given beside each subject. The code in green
is for a Combined Honours degree in Physics and that subject; the code in yellow is for a Combined
Honours degree in Astrophysics and that subject.)

of those listed above using the same UCAS codes.
The choice of whether to specialise in one of these subjects or the other, or
to continue studying both for three years, does not need to be specified on
application. This decision can be made at any time up to the end of year 2.
