When I received my STAAR scores because I
set a goal and met it. During Harvey, I saw how people came
together by showing compassion and I hope
they keep it going for the days to come.
My mom because she pushes me to do
better and do more. My former 7th grade math teacher at East,
Mrs. Kudrle, because she has a bubbly
personality and is always there for her
students even after school.
I want to be a better friend by helping out
more and not letting people down. I will be
there for them when they need to talk. I want to improve by asking how they are
feeling. Especially with the recent suicides,
we don’t know what people are going
through and by asking, it will show them that
someone does care.
I want to spend more time practicing my
karate because I would like to get my black
belt this year. I want to do more community service
because I like helping people and want to do
more of it.
To eat healthier because I want to be
healthy and not sick. My goal is better time management because
I have been putting stuff off instead of doing
them right away.
