Our professional staff and publication team invest a great deal of time and effort in crafting meaningful and impactful articles with industry experts . Our goal is to keep you wellinformed and current about our industry and profession . We trust that you will recognize their dedication in this issue !
Every year , I am convinced that time is moving faster and faster ! It feels like we just wrapped up the holiday season , and now we ’ re already approaching the end of the first quarter of 2025 ! Perhaps warp speed is indeed a reality and not just a concept from Star Trek ! Nevertheless , as the days fly by , it ’ s important to pause and reflect on the accomplishments we ’ ve achieved together .
In a member survey conducted last year , many of you kindly shared your feedback with us . Your insights have been invaluable in shaping our priorities and guiding us toward meaningful improvements . We deeply appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts , and we are committed to turning your suggestions into action .
We are making rapid progress on several fronts ! Our annual conference , ACTS 25 , set for October 31 to November 4 , is currently in the works . We are in the process of securing top-notch speakers , engaging workshops , and exciting activities for our members . Grand Rapids is sure to be fantastic ! Additionally , we are enhancing our membership programs , exploring affiliate opportunities , and collaborating with our Business Partners . Our Professional Development offerings are being reviewed and refreshed ! We ’ re also updating our certification programs , so stay tuned for more information coming soon !
Our commitment remains to be a reliable partner with our state affiliates while supporting local programming and training initiatives . We will keep updating our professional development offerings and enhancing our certifications !
I am very grateful that so many of you share your triumphs and challenges with me . After nearly three years at NAPT , I remain in constant admiration of our members and leaders !
