Falling down in front at the front of assembly.

Red Square in Russia
If you had a super power what would it be?
To read people's minds to know if they are telling
the truth - a perfect super power for a teacher!
Why did you choose to work in Coedpenmaen?
I chose this school because it’s the primary school
that I went to and I’ve always enjoyed my time here.
Who is your idol?
My dad is my hero. He was a coal miner then a
steelworker and always worked hard to make sure I
was able to go to college.
If you had a super power what would it be?
I’d like to be able to read minds. I’d know then if
children were telling me the truth!
Where would you love to visit?
I love going to Australia as
my middle daughter lives in

What is your favourite book?
George's Marvellous Medicine is the best
children’s book. This introduced me to the
madcap world of Roald Dahl and started
my love of reading.
What has been your embarrassing
moment in life?
Walking out of Tesco laden down with
carrier bags, only for my tracksuit bottoms
to fall down in the carpark. I couldn't move
fast enough.
Who is your idol?
Martin Luther King, along with anyone that
has put themselves at risk to stand up for
what they believe in. 'I have a dream..' is
still the most powerful speech ever written.
What superpower would you like?
Invisibility - can you imagine what an
invisible head teacher would be like?
Why did you choose to work in Ffynon Taf?
When I visited couldn't get over how
friendly, warm and welcoming the staff
and pupils were. It felt right and I really
wanted to get the job. Lucky me that I did!
