This scheme is available to students who have a sibling studying concurrently at Monash Malaysia.

Availability For entry into any undergraduate course except for honours degrees.

Benefits

• The sibling paying the higher tuition fee will be eligible for a 10 % semester tuition fee waiver. A sibling enrolled in the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine or Bachelor of Pharmacy( Honours) will be eligible for a maximum waiver of RM5000 per year.

• If one sibling is a recipient of the Monash High Achiever Award in the same semester, his / her sibling( s) are eligible for a 10 % semester tuition fee waiver, provided all other criteria of the scheme are met.

Eligibility All siblings must be enrolled concurrently in a standard full-study load of 24 credit points( typically four units) in the semester in a full-fee-paying undergraduate course.

Conditions

• Inform the University of changes in any sibling enrolment details – if one sibling receives a scholarship or withdraws / intermits from the course, the discount may be reversed and you may be required to reimburse the University

• Pay your semester fees in full by the invoice due date – the discount will be carried forward to offset the next semester fee for successful applicants.

Application and closing dates February intake 31 March 2026 July intake 31 August 2026 October intake 30 November 2026

Step 1: Download the application form from monash. edu. my / scholarships

Step 2: Submit your application and provide proof of relationship( e. g. certified copies of birth certificates) to the Finance Department

Step 3: Check your Monash student email for the notification of approval, which will include a reference number for subsequent applications

Step 4: Reapply for the sibling discount each semester to continue receiving the discount.

This offer is for entry into Monash English and progressing to a selected engineering course.

Eligibility You must have received a full offer for enrolment into the Master of Applied Engineering commencing Semester 1, 2025 and onwards.

Conditions To retain your fee waiver, you must:

• not discontinue or withdraw from Monash English, or the Master of Applied Engineering, at any time

• enrol a full load of 24 credit points for the Master of Applied Engineering.

In the event of general or academic misconduct, this fee waiver may be withdrawn.

Application and closing dates

No application is necessary. If you’ ve met the eligibility requirements, you will be offered the fee waiver offer with your offer of admission.
