Hernando County Kennel Club meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the third Thursday of the month at Hernando Senior Citizens Center , 8187 Fort Dade Ave , Brooksville , FL . Guests are welcome . Hernando HOPE ( Helping Other People with Empathy ) is about helping homeless People into jobs and homes . To help them get jobs , we give them food , clothing & toiletries including such grooming products as shampoo , razor blades , toothpaste & brushes , soap , etc . Then we get them IDs so they can work & give them counseling & transportation to job interviews , so they can find jobs . It takes persistent effort & lots of support .
