Hernando Audubon Birding Trip to Pine Island and Bayport Parks on Thurs., August 21. Meet at Pine Island Park, 10840 Pine Island Drive, Spring Hill, when the gate opens at 8:30 a. m. We hope to see some early migrating shorebirds. Later we will go to nearby Bayport Park, 4140 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. There are restrooms and drinking water at both parks. We stabilize the individual with food, clothing, & all kinds of toiletries such as baby wipes, toilet paper, shampoo, razor blades, hair and dental care equipment, etc. Then we get them IDs so they can work & we help find them jobs. All donations are welcome, including your time. Hernando Hope is a 501( c) 3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.
