SPECIAL FEATURE Craig Klein – SalesNexus An Online CRM Software, Marketing Automation, and Lead Generation System Totally Ahead of Its Time By Barbara Davis and Colleen O’Brien C raig Klein is proud of his creation, SalesNexus, an online CRM Software, Marketing Automation, and Lead Generation system that is totally ahead of its time. With a background in electrical engineering and sales management, Craig always had a reputation for helping his co-workers and clients by using his analytical thinking, problem-solving, and listening skills. Not satisfied with existing online CRM and Email Marketing systems, Craig set out to build a system that was threefold: • • • First, it would generate leads for salespeople that were not just lists that marketing people could use but lists of actual human beings who would be interested in their company’s products. Second, it would be in the Cloud and have all of the sales management functions that people in the sales force had pioneered. Third, it would be mobile-friendly. As a result, SalesNexus was created as a company on the cutting edge when it comes to offering visionary and useful tools for those desiring to take their business to the next level. Craig elaborated, “SalesNexus has a really unique set of capabilities not duplicated anywhere else, unless you want to spend ridiculous amounts of money.” SalesNexus is a sales and marketing automation platform for business-to-business sales teams of 10 to 300 people. Not only does it help one stay in touch, the team is able to share information about what’s going on with people and products.
