Team Building
The group may select 2 (two) ice-breaker
games and 4 (four) main team games.
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort will
provide a sound system with a selection
of music, MC/host for the games, 2
(two) pieces of wireless microphones, a
standing flip chart, cold towels and cold
mineral water.
Sofitel Volley Ball
A volleyball on the beach just like a regular
one. However, the net will be covered with
a black screen. Both teams could not see
each other. This creates fun and curiosity.
Sofitel Trust
Known also as trust fall, is an activity
designed to build trust among friends in a
group or team. This will be guided by an
experienced trainer.
Sofitel Golden Egg
The goal of the game is simple. It is to design
and build a system that will protect an egg
from a 1 metre (3,3 feet) drop. Eggs that
smash or crack fail the test, while eggs that
survive without a scratch, pass.
Sofitel Beer Box
Each group will be provided with a set of
beer boxes. They will compete with one
another to reach the finish line shown by
the facilitator. Every member of the group

should stand on top of the beer boxes until
the finish line without falling apart.
