Carpets you are not allowed to walk on in outdoor shoes . The big ones have the lot . An apartment on wheels . Why ? Well , for those who elect to have one , and can afford to have one , they are a rider ’ s own completely controllable private space inside the often frantic and always public world that is a motorcycle racing circuit on a race weekend . Some riders prefer a hotel , but for the likes of Leon Haslam , Tom Sykes and Jonathan Rea , a motorhome works best .
