The five competing manufacturers in the 2021 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship go about their work in a variety of ways , and for their own reasons . Most official WorldSBK projects are run on a significant scale but the people who look after the official teams directly – between , during and beyond race weekends are the teams – and their Team Managers . We see the following five people ’ s faces on WorldSBK TV shows regularly , but in reality , what do they do ? And how did they all get into this position of great responsibility and control ? We asked them all about their working lives in WorldSBK – how they are similar and how they are different .
