What is meditation ?
Meditation is
about training the
mind, and not
necessarily
quieting the mind.
When we meditate,
we connect with
our minds and
reach places that
we haven’t reached
before.
We have thoughts
wondering around,
we see fantasies
reaching us, we see
memories, we see a
lot of “noise”, the
idea is not to get
rid of it, it doesn’t
matter if it’s
positive or
negative.

The idea is to
navigate through
those thoughts,
understand them –
are they good or
bad for me? – so
that we can reach a
new value, moral, or
perspective of the
thought in question.
