THE PIONEERS
I am also a storyteller. Using art, I have learned to
respond to my clients and construct them as heroes
on their own unique journeys, each trying to reach
the treasure chest of self-awareness, overcoming
unforeseen dangers along the way, and slaying
terrifying monsters and creatures of the night.
According to Barbara Fish, an American art therapist
with thirty years of experience, “while physiotherapists
help people with broken bones, I help them heal their
broken imaginations.”

When we recover the power of our creativity and
imagination, we can then envision the future we much
desire. And art has the inherent medicine and power
to do that.
Eva graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in
Communication and Writing in 2006. She also holds
a Masters of Arts in English Literature from Universiti
Malaya (2012) and a Masters in Art Therapy from
LaSalle College, Singapore (2014). She currently
works as an Art Therapist in Singapore.
