PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE & GENERAL POLICY
Continued from page 1
Subsidised training is a huge benefit and
I urge our SARACCA members to take full
advantage of this.
SARACCA continues to manage the
registration of refrigeration gas practitioners
with SAQCC Gas. This registration is gaining
momentum as the industry is more aware
of the importance of compliance with the
law. SARACCA is looking at ways to improve
the registration and renewal processes as
well as making it easier to issue and return
the Certificates of Compliance for
each installation.
As Barney Richardson moves towards his
retirement I thank him for his many years of
dedication as Executive Director of SARACCA.
I thank Barney and his team for the friendly
and efficient manner that they provide the
support to our industry association. My
thanks also to the Branch Chairmen and I
encourage them to bring a renewed injection
of energy at their branch levels.
