(En Español en la siguiente página) Hello, estimated business owner or events and live music manager: We are Sara Gee & Ramblin’ Matt, a musical duet based in Denia but willing to travel, and we are looking for venues that suit our style to book gigs for this 2017 season. We are both spanish but we write our songs and perform in English, language that the two of us can speak fluently to cheer and communicate with the crowd, and our shows are always very well received by English speaking and European audiences. We have our own PA and sound equipment, a german made state of the art wireless system that we can set up in ten minutes in any outdoor or indoor setting, able to deliver up to 1200 watts of power, but that requires very little space to set up as a column, avoiding cables all over the place and bulky speakers. Our music style fits in what is called “Americana Music” and our influences come from the Blues, Country & Western, 50s Rock and Roll and Rockabilly and 60’s and 70’s Classic Rock. Our shows last an average of two hours, in one or several passes depending of your requirements. We combine our own compositions with covers of Hank Williams, Wanda Jackson, Rolling Stones, Emmylou Harris, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Elvis or Lynyrd Skynyrd, to mention a few, and our shows are lively and danceable, ideal for a crowd willing to drink, dance and have fun. We can perform as a duet and also as a full band with the addition of a rhythm section, depending of what you prefer or suits the venue better. We can take dates with short notice and we are willing to adjust the price if there is a continuity through the summer and we agree in several dates.
