But in an ever changing environment, organizations would prefer to build their strategy based on employee strengths. Gradually a strategy is developed around the competencies of the employees. It is hence possible to have unique, well differentiated and non-imitable core competency coming out of people. In the past employee loyalty used to be very high, but things have changed a lot and employee retention has become a crucial factor. Also some cultures or countries experience higher degree of employee loyalty. How should the organization adapt itself?
