Systems Thinking about People
Once MB got us energized about our new people
responsibilities, she designed with us tools to reach
decisions and execute the decisions enterprise wide.
Example, Tool #1 was a “map” of the existing talent
management processes. Again, shock set in!! Half
of the processes identified could not be explained!
So MB went to work with the line leaders and we
produced together “a new integrated talent management value chain” map of going forward people
