The following needs to be done before commencing with
renovations /alterations. Approval from SLMHOA must be obtained

An email or letter from the homeowner authorising the
contractor/sub-contractor to work at the villa, must be handed
to security management before commencing with any work.
Company name and responsible person for durations of work.
Duration of renovations.
Verge deposit & entry fee to be paid (refundable on completion
of renovations) if contractor has not registered with the HOA.
Contractor to be registered with security.
2 x Copies of all staff ID's need to be handed to security.
Daily access fee payable by contractor. To be paid at Estate
Reception.
Entrance for contractors only from 07:00 and only to start
work at 08:00.
Contractors to be off site by 17:00.
No work allowed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Contractors not allowed to stay on the estate overnight.
Contractors not allowed to wander around on the estate. They
must remain at their workplace at all times.
Contractors/Workers not allowed to loiter/sleep on open grass
areas between villas during their lunch/tea times.
Building rubble not to restrict the entrance to any adjacent
villas.
Recommended that contractors and sub-contractors make use
of skips to dispose of building rubble.
All rubble and skips at work place to be removed at end of
business every Friday. Areas to be clean.
Contractors to gain access onto the Estate through the
Contractor’s gate only.
External alteration/painting to be approved by SLMHOA before
commencing with the project.
Persons entering San Lameer Estate do so AT THEIR OWN RISK.
All persons entering these premises must be familiar and
adhere to the contents of the House Rules of the San Lameer
Master Homeowners Association. Entering confirms that you
are bound to these rules and regulations.

'n Epos of brief van die huiseienaar wat die kontrakteur /
sub-kontrakteur magtiging gee om by die villa te werk, moet
aan die Sekuriteitsbestuurder oorhandig word voordat daar
met enige werk begin word.
Maatskappynaam en verantwoordelike persoon vir die
spesifieke tydperk.
Die tydsperiode van opknapping.
Daar is 'n deposito betaalbaar (terugbetaalbaar by voltooiing
van opknapping) indien kontrakteur nie op geregistreer is by
die HEV nie. Dit sal sub-kontrakteurs insluit.
Kontrakteur moet by sekuriteit geregistreer wees.
2 x Afskrifte van alle personeel se ID's moet aan sekuriteit
oorhandig word.
Daaglikse toegangsfooi moet deur kontrakteur betaal word.
Betaling geskied by die Landgoedontvangs.
Toegang vir kontrakteurs slegs vanaf 07:00 en mag slegs om
08:00 begin werk.
Kontrakteurs moet om 17:h00 die landgoed verlaat.
Geen werk word op Saterdae en Sondae toegelaat nie.
Kontrakteurs mag nie oornag op landgoed bly nie.
Kontrakteurs mag nie op die landgoed ronddwaal nie. Hulle
moet te alle tye op hul werksplek bly.
Kontrakteurs / Werkers word nie toegelaat om te slaap op
oop grasareas tussen villas tydens hul middagete / tee tye
nie.
Bourommel moet nie toegang tot enige aangrensende villas
beperk nie.
Dit word aanbeveel dat kontrakteurs en sub-kontrakteurs van
“skips” gebruik maak om van die bourommel ontslae te raak.
Alle rommel en vragmotors op perseel moet op die einde van
elke Vrydag verwyder word. Area waar gewerk is, moet skoon
wees.
Kontrakteurs mag slegs toegang tot die landgoed deur die
kontrakteurshek verkry.
Eksterne veranderings / verfwerk moet deur die HEV
goedgekeur word voordat daar met die projek begin kan word.
Persone wat San Lameer Landgoed binnekom, doen dit teen
hul eie risiko. Alle persone wat hierdie perseel betree, moet
bekend wees en voldoen aan die inhoud van die Huisreëls van
die San Lameer Huiseienaarsvereniging. Toegang bevestig dat
u aan hierdie reëls en regulasies verbonde is.
Geagte Huiseienaar / Kontrakteur
Die volgende moet gedoen word voordat u met die opknapping /
verbouings begin. Goedkeuring moet vanaf die HEV verkry word as
eksterne werk gedoen moet word.
