CLUB NEWS continue / KLUB NUUS vervolg
World Sports Promotions just had the SA Womens Open at San Lameer this past week and it really was a great success and everyone enjoyed themselves from the players, spectators, marshals to the staff. The course was in the best condition it could be and with greens running at 10, it was not just a walk in the park for these ladies.
Lesley Copeman and Barbara Pestana, both great professionals in their day, ran the event like a well-oiled machine in the shortest time I ' ve ever come across. I thank you both for the trust you ' ve put in our ability to host this event again. We look forward to welcoming you back to San Lameer in 2018.
The feedback received thus far, not only from the players but also visitors have been fantastic and the publicity received from hosting the event has been invaluable for the estate. Lali Stander is a writer for the Sunshine Ladies Tour and boosted the event on all social media platforms she could. Please see below her article. We would like to thank all the homeowners who volunteered as well as all the members from neighbouring clubs for their help during this week, it definitely contributed to the success of this event and we could not have done this without you. To the homeowners who were here and supported the ladies this week, it is very much appreciated by ourselves and even more so by the players, thank you.

Baie dankie.
