Upgrades Please take note that the upgrade and maintenance of Lot 21 , Lot 26 and Lot 27 is estimated to take place during 2017 , as follows :
Lot 27 from 18 April – 7 July 2017 Lot 21 from 18 May – 22 September 2017 Lot 26 from 3 July – 6 October 2017
Opgradering Neem asseblief kennis dat die opgradering en instandhouding van Lot 21 , Lot 26 en Lot 27 min of meer soos volg plaasvind tydens 2017 :
Lot 27 vanaf 18 April - 7 Julie 2017 Lot 21 vanaf 18 Mei - 22 September 2017 Lot 26 vanaf 3 Julie - 6 Oktober 2017
The official notification regarding the scope of work , time arrangements , duration and cost per unit has been sent to the homeowners in the affected Lots . We thank you for the positive feedback received , because your positive attitude is much needed and very much appreciated . As a matter of transparency please be reminded that the tender submitted by the contractor is subject to a price escalation of labour and material that usually effects early in the year . This escalation was excluded from the quotation and will be added to the final payment at the end of the project .
Just a reminder to the homeowners in Lot 22 , Lot 23 , Lot 24 and La Mer that the upgrade and maintenance for these Lots are planned for 2018 .
Accounts San Lameer Master Homeowners Association would like to join the drive of being environmentally friendly by going digital .
We would like to request that all our homeowners that receive their statements by post to please accept moving over to emailing the statements / levy Accounts / Invoices etc .

Die amptelike kennisgewing met betrekking tot die omvang van die werk , tydskedules , duur en die koste per eenheid is na die huiseienaars en betrokke partye gestuur . Ons bedank u vir die positiewe terugvoering wat ons ontvang het , julle positiewe gesindheid word baie benodig en hoog op prys gestel . As ' n saak van deursigtigheid word u herinner dat die tender wat deur die kontrakteur ingedien is nie die prysverhoging vir arbeid en materiaal wat gewoonlik vroeg in die jaar in werking gestel word , insluit nie . Dit verhoging was uitgesluit in die kwotasie en sal by die finale betaling aan die einde van die projek bygevoeg word .
Net ' n herinnering aan die huiseienaars van Lot 22 , Lot 23 , Lot 24 en La Mer dat die opgradering en instandhouding vir hierdie Lot ' e word vir 2018 beplan word .
Rekeninge San Lameer Huiseienaarsvereniging wil omgewingsvriendelik wees deur digitaal te gaan nie .
Ons versoek graag dat al ons huiseienaars wat hul state per pos ontvang , oorskuif na e-pos en die state / heffingsrekeninge / fakture ensovoorts per die e-pos metode ontvang .
