Reflecting on the past year is a privilege. Villa Rentals want to thank you for your input, support
and enthusiasm in helping to achieve our goals. We can now just continue to build on this very
sound foundation which was established in the past year. Working together and holding hands
made the task so much easier. Our success is your financial gain. Dit is 'n voorreg om oor die afgelope jaar te besin. Villa Rentals wil u bedank vir u insette,
ondersteuning en entoesiasme om te help om alle doelwitte te bereik. Ons kan nou net
voortbou op hierdie baie goeie fondament wat verlede jaar gestig is. Om saam te werk en
hande te hou het ons taak soveel makliker gemaak. Ons sukses is u finansiële voordeel.
Major changes were implemented in 2018 where online presence have opened the world for
clients to see what our niche estate has to offer. Clients can now book and pay online 24/7 -
365 days a year. This means bookings for December/January 2019/2020 is open. Below is a
holiday calendar with all school holidays, public holidays and proposed tactical leave days that
will help you to plan in advance and notify estate reception of any homeowner bookings. Groot veranderinge wat in 2018 geïmplementeer was, was die aanlyn-teenwoordigheid wat die
wêreld oopgemaak het vir kliënte om te sien wat die “niche” landgoed vir hulle kan bied.
Kliënte kan nou 24 / 7 - 365 dae per jaar aanlyn bespreek en betaal. Dit beteken besprekings
vir Desember / Januarie 2019/2020 is alreeds oop. Hieronder is 'n vakansiekalender met alle
skoolvakansies, vakansiedae en voorgestelde taktiese verlofdae wat u sal help om vooraf te

kliënte verskaf word.
