News from Estate Reception / Nuus vanaf Landgoedontvangs

We thought it well to yet again provide you as the homeowner with the access procedures, rules and regulations when arriving at the estate. Please make sure to comply with the procedures and inform your guest what to expect upon arrival. It has come to our attention that private guests of the homeowner allow their guests entry onto the estate by not following the correct procedure.
Herewith some information that you as the homeowner should communicate to your guest. 1. Access Permits & Entry Tags R30.00 per day per vehicle for the first THREE days R100.00 per vehicle from FOUR – SEVEN consecutive days R200.00 per vehicle for EIGHT OR MORE consecutive days
The entry fee charged per vehicle will be deducted from your levy account. You as the homeowner should include this charge in your fee to the guest. Day visitors of the guest will not have to pay an access levy. Visitors of the guests who are staying over will have to pay an access levy, as follows:
Ÿ 1 to 3 days = R30 per day;
Ÿ 4 to 7 days = R100 once off;
Ÿ More than 8 days = R200 once off.
Please indicate how many vehicles will be accessing the estate by your guest, to enable us to prepare your tags for entry onto the Estate. Please note: if you are in arrears with your levy account, your guest will have to pay in cash for the entrance access permit upon arrival at Estate Reception.
An arrival notification by the homeowner should be forwarded to Estate Reception with the full details of the guest. We have an electronic form available on our website for you to submit the arrival electronically: Electronic Arrival Notification.
Please also note that if your guest might need an additional vehicle access tag that you as the homeowner should communicate this before your guest arrives. The guest pays a R100 cash deposit to security for the access tag which will be refundable to your guest on date of departure when handed in. This is of the utmost importance that you communicate the above to the guest before they arrive. Notify them on confirmation of your booking to collect the access tag from Security upon their arrival.
2. Basic Rules
Ÿ Your guest must please ensure that all doors are locked and windows are closed before leaving your villa.
Ÿ Please note there is no authorised use of any motorised scooters on the estate.
Ÿ Motorcycles and motorised boats are not allowed on the estate.

Inligting wat aan die privaatgas van ' n huiseienaar gekommunikeer moet word:
1. Toegangspermitte en toegangskyfies R30.00 per dag per voertuig vir die eerste DRIE dae R100.00 per voertuig vanaf VIER- SEWE opeenvolgende dae R200.00 per voertuig vir agt of meer opeenvolgende dae
Die permitgelde wat per voertuig gehef word, word van u heffingsrekening afgetrek. U as huiseienaar moet hierdie heffing in u fooi aan die gas insluit.
Dagbesoekers van die gas sal nie ' n toegangsheffing hoef te betaal nie. Besoekers van die gaste wat oorbly, moet ' n toegangsheffing betaal, soos volg:
Ÿ 1 tot 3 dae = R30 per dag;
Ÿ 4 tot 7 dae = R100 eenmalig;
Ÿ Meer as 8 dae = R200 eenmalig.
Dui asseblief aan hoeveel voertuie deur u gas toegang tot die landgoed moet verkry om ons in staat te stel om u skyfies voor te berei vir toegang tot die Landgoed. Let wel: as u agterstallig is met u heffingsrekening, moet u gas by aankoms by die ontvangs in kontant vir die toegangspermit betaal.
' n Aankomsboodskap deur die huiseienaar moet aan die ontvangs van San Lameer gestuur word met die volledige besonderhede van die gas. Ons het ' n elektroniese vorm beskikbaar op ons webwerf vir u om die aankoms elektronies in te dien: Elektroniese Aankomsvorm.
Let asseblief ook daarop dat indien u gas ' n addisionele voertuig toegangskyfie nodig het, moet u as huiseienaar dit aan die gas kommunikeer voordat u gas arriveer, en dat die gas ' n R100 kontant deposito aan sekuriteit vir die toegangskyfie moet betaal en dan weer op datum van vertrek aan u gas terugbetaalbaar sal wees. Dit is van uiterste belang dat u die bogenoemde aan die gas voor die aankoms moet kommunikeer. Stel hulle in kennis met die bevestiging van hul bespreking om die toegangskyfie by Sekuriteit te kry sodra hul arriveer.
2. Basiese Reëls
Ÿ U gas moet asseblief verseker dat alle deure gesluit is en dat vensters gesluit word voordat hul u villa verlaat.
Ÿ Let asseblief daarop dat daar geen gemagtigde gebruik van enige gemotoriseerde bromponies op die landgoed is nie.
Ÿ Motorfietse en gemotoriseerde bote word nie op die landgoed toegelaat nie.
Ÿ Geen troeteldiere word op die landgoed toegelaat nie.
3. Logistics with regards to your guest staying in your villa. San Lameer Estate as well as the Reception is not responsible for the following during your guests’ stay. You must notify the guest to contact you directly if any of the below problems occur
Ÿ DSTV decoder connections and smart card
Ÿ Cleaning & Maintenance of the villa
Ÿ Any toiletries and towels
Ÿ Damaged kitchen appliances and utensils
Ÿ Notify them of the R10 cash armbands for access to the Marina Blue Flag Beach. This is payable only in cash at Estate Reception.
4. Maximum occupancy per villa allowed as per the House Rules:
Ÿ 1 Bedroom- 2 occupants
Ÿ 2 Bedrooms- 4 occupants
Ÿ 3 Bedrooms- 6 occupants
Ÿ 4 Bedrooms- 8 occupants
Ÿ 5 Bedrooms- 10 occupants
Ÿ 6 Bedrooms- 12 occupants

Ons het dit goed gedink om u as huiseienaar weer in te lig van ons toegangsprosedures, reëls en regulasies wanneer u by die landgoed aankom. Maak asseblief seker dat u die prosedures nakom
3. Logistiek met betrekking tot u gas wat in u villa bly. San Lameer Landgoed sowel as die Ontvangs is nie verantwoordelik vir die volgende tydens u gaste se verblyf nie. U moet die gas in kennis stel om u direk te kontak indien enige van die onderstaande probleme voorkom:
Ÿ DSTV dekodeerder verbindings en slimkaart
Ÿ Skoonmaak en instandhouding van die villa
Ÿ Enige toiletware en handdoeke
Ÿ Beskadigde kombuis toerusting en eetgerei
Ÿ Stel hulle in kennis van die R10 oranje armbande vir toegang tot die Marina Blouvlagstrand. Dit is slegs betaalbaar in kontant by die ontvangs van die landgoed.
4. Maksimum besetting per villa toegelaat volgens die Huisreëls:
Ÿ 1 slaapkamer- 2 inwoners
Ÿ 2 slaapkamers- 4 inwoners
Ÿ 3 slaapkamers- 6 inwoners
Ÿ 4 slaapkamers- 8 inwoners
Ÿ 5 slaapkamers- 10 inwoners
Ÿ 6 slaapkamers- 12 inwoners
