“I would just like to commend you, your staff, the sponsors, vendors, designers and of course the
chaps that work tirelessly with the building etc of the track, for a top class event on Saturday.
Although we never took part in the walk/run/ride we throughly enjoyed being on the side lines
cheering everyone on. Hat's off guy's well done!!!!!!!”

value to this beautiful estate. I ran it with my family this morning for the first time and can
immediately saw what the fuss is all about. The care and creativity that has been taking is
fantastic and provides an super alternative to running on the road or the beach”

Upgrading / Opgradering
Owners of the bigger freestanding units are also kindly requested to take note that it is their responsibility to maintain
the exterior of their villas. Management will inspect the freestanding villas from time to time to make sure that the villas
are up to standard. Homeowners of the villas that are not up to standard will be notified by management and requested
to maintain and upgrade their unit accordingly.
Eienaars van die groter vrystaande eenhede word ook vriendelik versoek om daarop te let dat dit hulle
verantwoordelikheid is om die buitekant van hul huise in stand te hou. Die bestuur sal die vrystaande villas van tyd tot
tyd inspekteer om seker te maak dat die villa op standaard is. Huiseienaars van die huise wat nie op standaard is nie, sal
in kennis gestel word deur bestuur en versoek word om die eenheid dienooreenkomstig op te gradeer.
