The survey revealed that the theme was communicated very well to the attendees, and contributed to event being memorable, with all attendees rating it 4/5 or 5/5! This shows that the theme was consistent throughout the event. Despite the fantastic survey results, the event could have scored higher with a 100% of attendees scoring the theme 5/5. The venue limited the events ability to excell in all the areas of theming for example the venue lacked the ability to adapt the light settings to create an atmosphere, it also lacked space to intregrate other entertainment such as samba band or dancers. If the tables in the event were larger, each table could have been decorated to the theme of each team's country they were representing. If the budget was larger the teams could have been made the football kits of each country they were representing. If the day of the event was less windy the event could have had samba music outside on the pitches and the flags, however this wasn't feasible because of weather conditions. When the attendees were asked if they would attend the event in the future, the majority said yes, indicating that the event met the objective of creating a fun, active and memorable day for the attendees, creating value for the attendees thus desiring to invest their time and money in the event again. This evidences the achievement of this objective
90% of attendee would attend again!!!
