pandeiro não teve vida fácil, era relegado ao batuque, sua inclusão no choro acontece com João da Baiana. Pixinguinha é que designa a importância do Saxofone no choro. O Bandolim já era utilizado desde o início do gênero, mas foi Jacob do Bandolim que tornou o instrumento símbolo do chorinho. O Cavaquinho era utilizado apenas para na base do conjunto, Waldir de Azevedo o torna um instrumento melódico.
Muitos são os conjuntos, compositores e instrumentistas que abrilhantam o nosso chorinho e com certeza fazem parte desta história e muitos outros que estão trilhando esse caminho atualmente.
