ontrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. s conjuntos de chorões passaram a ser muito requisitados para as gravações fonográficas, que começaram no Brasil a partir 1902. O Choro incialmente era composto em três partes, depois passaram a ser duas partes, a sua execução passava por todas as partes e voltava sempre a primeira parte, o que é conhecido como “rodó”. O Maxixe foi odiado e repudiado, era proibido de ser executado em locais públicos. Aqui faremos a lembrança da mudança de nomenclatura do gênero que passou de Maxixe para Tango Brasileiro, desta forma criou-se uma forma de Resistência ludibriando a elite e o poder constituído. Pxinguinha – Alfredo da Rocha Filho é outro marco do Choro e da Música Brasileira, para alguns trata-se do antes e o depois de Pixinguinha como referencial da Música Brasileira. Com o conjunto Oito Batutas alcançou a fama após uma temporada de seis meses em Paris no ano de 1922. Teve criticas positivas e negativas, do ufanismo a desqualificação. Com Lamentos e Carinhoso composto em apenas duas partes, recebeu a menção de um critico “uma inaceitável influência do jazz.”
