Advanced Rotors started as an idea over 18 years ago and over the years have grown to an almost 50 employee company operating 2 production shifts and 3 laser cutting shifts . We are individually owned by Danny Daily and David Watson , each with critical roles in day to day operations . Danny and David ’ s expertise along with our engineering , technical , sales and administrative staff have many years of combined experience in the Electrical Apparatus industry .
Advanced Rotors is a electrical apparatus internal component fabricating facility serving electric motor repair shops across the United States and Canada . We currently offer the full line of repair and remanufacturing of AC induction squirrel cage rotors , to include re-barring and remanufacturing of various

We are dedicated to improving our services year after year . In 2016 , we invested in a new multi head water jet to increase production while producing higher quality components In 2018 , we installed an additional custom press to our operation allowing us to improve our core pressing capabilities . In addition , in 2019 we added an additional laser cutter for a total of 3 fiber optic laser cutters allowing for additional production .
Advanced Rotors is dedicated to serving all electric motor repair shops with a quality service at a reasonable turnaround time whether it ’ s the small NEMA frame motor component repair to the largest Power Generation field stack .
